Martial Arts & Self Defense
Winter Warrior Fest
The JACO Foundation Inc. is partnering with The Lion’s Den Martial Science Institute to raise funds for the Winter Warrior Fest. This will be an amateur sports competition held to promote the benefits of martial arts, engage youth in friendly competition, inspire self development, and gauge progress of current martial arts and self defense practitioners.
Instrumental & Vocal Recording
Album Music
The “Album Music” project is raising funds to build a multi-booth recording studio for participants in our Instrumental & Vocal Recording Program. This project will add to the education and introduction into recording music. It will coach students on recording and audio engineering techniques enabling participants to produce one “hit” single that showcases their talent. Students will write, record, and publish this music in efforts to begin capitalizing from their intellectual property in the entertainment industry.
Theatrical & Cinematic Production
Movie Reels
The “Movie Reels” Project is aimed at introducing participants to the world of cinematography and theater. This project is geared towards raising funds for our Theater department so they can obtain the necessary equipment, wardrobes, set designs, and general guidance to create short films and web content. Participants will collaborate with the creative writing departments and the vocal recording departments to provide story lines, and soundtracks for their projects as well.
